The free calculators show a number on screen. Pro puts your numbers on one page you can print, keep or hand over: what the car costs per year and per mile, fixed against variable, and for rideshare or delivery drivers what is left per hour and per mile once the car is paid for.
Estimates from the values you typed, for your own planning. The standard mileage rate is quoted with its source for information; the report is not tax or financial advice.

Your numbers, not averages
The report recomputes the inputs you saved in the two calculators with the same maths the free pages use. Change a number there and the report follows.
Fixed against variable
Fuel or energy, maintenance and tyres scale with distance; depreciation, insurance, tax, parking and loan interest are paid whether you drive or not. Both per year and per mile or km, with the total.
The driver page
Gross, car cost and net per week, per hour and per mile; cost per paid mile; the break-even payout per mile; the standard mileage rate against your real cost, with the source of the rate.
Printed, private
One page with your own title and the date, printed or saved as PDF from the browser. Nothing is uploaded; the report is kept in this browser and reopened later.

Frequently asked questions
- Where do the numbers come from?
- From you. The calculators start with public presets per region (each with its source and date) and you overwrite them with your own prices, distances and costs. The report recomputes exactly what you saved in this browser, with the same maths as the free pages; nothing is fetched live and nothing is uploaded.
- Is this tax advice?
- No. The standard mileage rate is quoted with its source so you can compare it with your real cost per mile; whether and how you can use it depends on your country, your status and your records. Ask a tax professional before relying on it.
- What if I have not used the calculators yet?
- Use one first: the cost per mile calculator for the breakdown, the rideshare driver calculator for the driver page. Each keeps its inputs in this browser, so Pro shows a link to them until one has been used.
- Can I get a refund?
- Pro opens the moment you pay. If the report does not do what this page says, write within 14 days and you get a full refund. The monthly plan renews until you cancel it from the Manage subscription link; the one-time purchase is paid once and stays open for good. Details on the refund policy page.
- Do you store my numbers?
- No. Inputs, the report title and the report itself live in your browser only; the report is printed or saved as PDF from there. The one thing that leaves your device is the email you type at checkout, which Stripe uses for the receipt and which lets you reopen Pro on another device.
