What the site is

DriverCost provides car cost calculators, a printable report and information for general guidance. Results are estimates computed from the numbers you enter and from starting values whose source and date are shown on each page; fuel, energy and insurance prices change, and your car may differ. Results are not professional advice (financial, tax, legal or otherwise). The standard mileage rate is quoted for information only; whether you may use it depends on your country, your status and your records. Verify with a qualified professional and with your local rules before relying on the numbers.

Purchases

Paid products are sold through our merchant of record, Stripe (Managed Payments), under its terms of sale. DriverCost Pro is a digital report delivered instantly in your browser. Where a product is offered as early access, the delivery date is stated next to the button. Our refund policy applies.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access that harms the service.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Softmed Labs SRL is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the results or from interruptions of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
